Nasal Flu Vaccine

Parents of children in reception to year 6 should have received a text message/School Gateway notification earlier this week with a link to the online consent form for the nasal flu vaccine.

 

It is important that you complete this form (even if you do not want your child to receive the vaccination). The forms go directly to Intrahealth who will be administering the vaccinations at school.

 

If you have not received the link please let a member of the office staff know as soon as possible.

 

The date of the reception-year 6 vaccinations is Friday 27th November.
