Nasal Flu Vaccination

The Intrahealth nurses will be in school on Monday 4th October to administer the nasal flu vaccine to children in reception to year 6.

You must complete the consent form even if you do not want your child to receive the vaccination, there are both 'YES' and 'NO' options when you follow the link.

 

The deadline for consent is Monday 27th September.
